1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LetzGo ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Latitudes Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

LetzGo is a mobile application that provides:

  • Event Planning: Create and manage events, trips, and gatherings
  • Group Chat: Communicate with event participants
  • Expense Splitting (Splitz): Track and split shared expenses
  • AI Assistant: Get intelligent suggestions for itineraries and plans

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use LetzGo. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated means to access the App without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Our Content

All App content, features, and functionality are owned by Latitudes Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Expense Splitting (Splitz)

When using the expense splitting feature:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of expense entries
  • Settlement calculations are provided as tools, not financial advice
  • Actual payments are made between users outside the App
  • We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding expenses
  • We do not process or hold any payment funds

7. Events & Privacy

  • Public Events: Visible to all users; anyone can view and join
  • Private Events: Only visible to invited participants
  • Event Organizers: Responsible for event content and participant management

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
  • Safety or quality of user-organized events

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATITUDES TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latitudes Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
